This project consisted of the ground-up construction of a 120,000-square-foot tilt-wall concrete warehouse and showroom facility designed to support large-scale furniture distribution and retail operations. The building features high clear-height ceilings, structural steel framing, expansive open floor areas, and integrated dock-high loading bays to optimize logistics and customer accessibility. Built to accommodate both heavy inventory loads and high customer traffic, the facility also includes administrative offices, a customer showroom, and a durable, energy-efficient building envelope suited for Southwest Florida’s climate. The structure’s robust design later enabled its successful adaptive reuse as the Arthrex manufacturing and administrative campus.
