Ryan Johnson serves as the Vice President of Commercial Construction at Benchmark General Contractors, bringing more than 30 years of experience in delivering complex commercial developments across the Southeastern United States. His career spans every phase of the development cycle, including preconstruction, entitlements, land development, and vertical construction, supported by a portfolio of large‑scale projects throughout the region.

Doug Hrabik serves as the Vice President of Operations at Benchmark General Contractors, bringing more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction and a proven track record of leading high‑volume project delivery. His background spans project management, field operations, permitting, and company ownership, including 15 years running Cassnik Contracting LLC, where he oversaw 30 to 40 projects annually nationwide.

In his role, Doug leads Benchmark’s project management, field, and permitting teams, ensuring every project meets the company’s standards for schedule, budget, quality, safety, and margin performance. He is recognized for strengthening operational systems, supporting high‑performing teams, and driving disciplined execution from preconstruction through closeout.
