Jeff Good, project manager, has worked for Benchmark since 1993. He has been a licensed building contractor in the state of Florida since 1979. He has been involved with the construction of hundreds of homes on Sanibel, Captiva and various locations in Lee and Collier counties since 1979. He has served on the board of directors for Community Housing Resources on Sanibel Island, the board of directors for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, the Board of Directors for the Ebenezer Christian Academy, and HTAP (Human Trafficking Awareness Partnerships, Inc.). As a LEED AP, Jeff and Benchmark completed one of the first LEED certified commercial projects in Lee County, the First Community Bank at the Forum.
